Rutger’s work ethic comes from his dad who ran a carpet cleaning business for over 30 years. Rutger is a jack of all trades with an incredible drive to take care of his family. Francesca Hall has been a stay at home mom for the majority of this time, taking care of their 2 young daughters. She schedules the appointments and handles billing.experience matters!
Rutger Hall has been the chief engineer of a 600+ unit luxury apartment complex for over 7 years now with a total of 10 years experience. Diagnosing and fixing everything you would find in a standard household x 600, while managing a 5 man crew.
